However, if your item arrives damaged we will replace the item. Please note that we are not accountable for any damage that may occur during transit.
You will need to do the following actions:
You MUST keep the original delivery box from your order and packaging (including plastic sleeves or cases) and MUST submit an email within 24 hours of receiving your order from Beauty Glamour Box.
When submitting an email you MUST provide photos of the damage when it arrived via email to email@example.com

To return the faulty product, please contact us via our website. We will help with anything that arrives to you in a faulty state.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
For any issues regarding faulty items please ensure they are returned within 7 days from contacting us.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on products that have been used, so please choose carefully. ( eg Brushes, Flawless Beauty Sponge, Lashes, Makeup)
In order to process and lodge a return please complete the following steps:
- Contact must be made with Beauty Glamour Box within 24hrs of receiving your order. Lodge your issue, supply photos of the issue and include your order number and full name, so we can handle the matter more efficiently.
- We will then require the item to be sent back to us for viewing and confirmation of the return of the product.
- Once we receive the goods we will allocate a replacement or a refund for a faulty item. Goods must be shipped back to us in original packaging and at the customer's expense.
When returning the product back to Beauty Glamour Box, it is your responsibility to return it without any further damage. If the item is further completely damaged due to inefficient packaging it will be at our discretion, whether we will offer a refund or replacement.
For example, if we receive a makeup palette in a standard mailer bag with bubble wrap, this is not sufficient enough protection through the return transit. However, you can return the item back to us in the same packaging we sent to you, as the allows adequate protection through transit.
